"I haven't got time for all this", said Rabbit. "And what do you have time for?", enquired Owl, craftily diffusing the objection.
"I, I, Uh..", stammered Rabbit. It was Rabbit's nature to be always in a hurry, but not his nature to know why.
"Just focus on the customer", continued Owl. "You can expose him to sales without a need for any marketing, but exposure to marketing without sales is not very useful." |
"So, let's say now that the customer is Rabbit."
"The customer is always", began Pooh, trying to recall an earlier lesson. "..a Rabbit?" Pooh had not understood that lesson, or this one so far. |
"Precisely because the customer is Rabbit, just sell something to him", said Owl.
"If you start off with marketing, Rabbit won't stay around 'til the end. And later on, he won't remember anything."
"So you really haven't any option about it. You do still need to be quick, or he'll be off. It helps if you know what he likes and.."
