I thought this must be a true revolution for the spiritual evolution of humanity!

Even the name of this technique was so revealing: Sahaja (natural) Yoga (connection) means that the communion with Divinity can be achieved effortlessly, spontaneously – for it is something innate, within us. The founder of this technique, Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi – such an exceptional person – was looking at me from one of the pictures posted there, with a heartening smile, filling my whole being with such a joy that I couldn't explain. However, I was still doubtful. It seemed too good to be true.

The free invitation to the collective seminars and workshops came as a challenge to me and I accepted it at once. From the first seminar (for beginners) I started to understand that spiritual evolution and Self-Realisation (Self-Knowledge) are available for all human beings, according only to the depth of our desire. Since then, my life has changed for good and I realised this is the gift that Divinity gave me, because now I own all the means that I need to reach my goal.

"You cannot know the meaning of your life until you are connected to the power that created you", Shri Mataji says. And, "The truth is what it is." It cannot be changed. It is not something that can be reviewed or templated. If you really want to know the Truth, you have to open your mind to it and perceive it through your heart!

I wrote these lines out of my pure desire to help all the people who are seeking something without knowing what, who want to find the meaning of their life and to reach spiritual fulfillment. Sahaja Yoga is a unique chance for all the seekers of TRUTH living in our days and with its help this HUMANITY will fulfill its EVOLUTION.
